  The speaker was Dr. Lowe, President of Bishop State Community College. He spoke about the changes that have been made in the last months since he has taken over. “Your Time Has Come” is their new slogan and they are working to change their image.

Michele Nelson announced our scholarship recipients. They were given a certificate by Evelyn Gibson. The two in attendance were Ms. Ronda Westerfield and Ms. Wycondia Holcombe. Angela Simpson was in class and could not attend the meeting.
